I am using the stripe integration and sending out a welcome email to new subscriber to my product. I would like to customise the email based on the product that has been purchased. I have synced the invoice object and product object however I cannot see how to use them in the workflow if splits?
Hey @JMartin94 are you syncing these to contact properties? If so it should just be as simple as creating an automated email which includes personalization tokens for these properties and using workflows to automate them.

Hello, thank you for your input. How do you link to contact properties? they are syncing to invoices. I managed to create a dynamic list that pulls records that meet the criteria of the invoice. So I can split the workflow and create an email for each one of the product. Not sure if this is the best option.
