Storing received emails and the attachments

Hi 

When I reacive an email with an attachment ie in excell or word can I save this into the seeperete job folders I have on the projects I am working on in sales.  Hope that makes sense

Yes, you can upload and organize files in folders: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/organize-edit-and-delete-files

 

Keep in mind that this tool is meant for files to be used in marketing content.

 

I'd rather recommend attaching files to records: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/add-and-remove-attachments-from-records
