I’ve stopped receiving notifications when users open emails, even though I haven’t reached the 200 notification limit. This issue started recently, and I’d like to understand why it’s happening and how to fix it.

Hey @JordiMarti, you've likely hit the 200 notification limit. A lot of people don't realize that sent emails also count toward your monthly limit, not just opens and clicks. You'll likely want to upgrade to remove the limit.
