Stop hubspot from creating contacts from meetings link?

Someone from our recruiting team would like to use the Hubspot calendar integration to manage calendar invites for a large number of upcoming candidate interviews. However, I don't want the people our recruiter interviews to show up in the CRM at all, and I definitely don't want them identified as connected to her. Is it possible to set it so that people who book through a specific person's Hubspot calendar link do not get created as contacts?

Hi @ALeClair,

That is not possible, unfortunately. Similar to form submissions, meeting links will always create or update a contact.

If you don't want these contacts in the CRM, it would be best for your colleague to use a third party tool like Calendly.
