State Field

Hello, It's required that the Sate field populate in an export I am working on. I never had a problem with this and now in the last few weeks, I am not able to populate state even though I am specifically choosing this field in the export. I'm stumped, any suggestions?

Hi @CEvans48,

 

Could you provide a bit more detail? Which object are you referring to, contact or company? Where are you exporting (filtered view, list, report)? Is the column simply not included or empty, if it's the latter, have you double checked that there are values on the records? Could there be another field and you're looking at the wrong one?

 

If you can share screenshots, that will also help.

State Field

Hello,
I'm referring to the state that the "company" is located in. I'm exporting in Excel in a list format. The state field is not empty,
each field has been completed with a state in the contact's profile In the left pane. I've included the state field in the export by checking the box "state/region" before I exported the list.
I was always able to populate the state in the past, for some reason it no longer populates.

@CEvans48 you're referring both to the state of the company and the contact record. Which object is the information stored on, contact it company? How exactly are you exporting the data? Could you go back to my first reply and answer all questions?
