Sort contact's tasks starting from the nearest due date (not the oldest one)

Hi everybody,

I'm a new Hubspot user as I've just finished my import from the CRM I used before.

When editing a contact's tasks, the tasks are listed starting the older due dates first. For example 

1. first task due in a month,
2. second task due in 2 weeks,
3. and last task due tomorrow.

Is there a way to sort theses tasks beginning with the first due task (ie tomorrow in this example) ?

Sure @karstenkoehler . Here's a scrrencopy. I would like to have Task 1 first (due tomorrow), and then Task 2 (due in one week), and then Task 3

Hi @HerveFR,

This is not possible. The timeline shows the latest items at the top, the earliest at the bottom. You could request this from the product team in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community however. Posts submitted there are reviewed based on popularity.

This is for the whole tasks list (Menu > Sales > Tasks), but I would like to do this sort when looking at a contact's list of tasks too (like for John WAYNE's tasks). I don't see such a sort rule for this 😞

I'm not sure what you're referring to, could you be more specific or share a screenshot?

Hi @HerveFR,

When you're looking at your tasks under Menu > Sales > Tasks, there should be a Due date column. (You might have to scroll to the right and drag/drop the column to be placed more conveniently on the left.)

By clicking on the column header, you can sort by earliest or latest Due date.

If this column is not there (yet), you can click the Edit Columns option right above the table header and add it.
