Screenshot 2025-04-17 125230.pngHello, I am trying to choose sort descending so I can create a column where the highest turnover value is on top but it seems that it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello @AManolaki just seen your question and I'll try and answer it.

1. Basically just navigate to the settings tab on the top right side of your HubSpot account
2. Look for the "Account Management" section on the left tab;
3. Click on the "Account Defaults" tab.
4. Go to the "Currency" tab
5. Check if your current Currency is in $

6. Then, set your Currency to £ by clicking on "Edit company currency"

Hope it helps

@AManolaki you can change the currency in the settings: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/add-and-edit-your-account-currencies

It's not possible to have one field reflect multiple currencies.

When you create the number property, you can choose whether it should be formatted as a currency or not:

Hi @AManolaki,

It looks like this field (Turnover) was created as a single-line text field: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/property-field-types-in-hubspot

That means that HubSpot will not look at the values like numbers (numerically) but simply sort it alphabetically. Alphabetically, descending, 90,000 comes before 70 comes before 5,000,000.

You would have to create a field with the property type number to be able to sort this correctly: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-and-edit-properties
