Smart Transfer - Zoho and HubSpot Sync Frequency

I have turned on the sync after transferring for my objects and I have a question about the frequency of the sync. If I change a record in HubSpot that is synced to Zoho, is that reflected in real time?

I didn't find much information about the sync frequency on the help article: Transfer data from other apps using HubSpot Smart Transfer.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @cbishm,

As far as I know, HubSpot checks for changes every 5 minutes.

Also note that only the objects you configured with ongoing sync will continue to be updated. One-time sync transfers won't automatically sta up to date.

Glad I could help.

Hi @cbish

You’re right to double-check this, Smart Transfer doesn’t run in real time. The ongoing sync between HubSpot and Zoho refreshes roughly every five minutes, as @GiantFocal mentioned, but that interval can vary depending on API load and data volume.

You can confirm the last sync timestamp right from the integration settings under Data Management → Connected Apps > Smart Transfer, then click your Zoho connection

Keep in mind that only objects with “continuous sync” enabled will stay updated; one-time transfers stop after completion (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/transfer-data-from-other-apps-using-hubspot-smart-transfe... ) If near real-time reflection between Zoho and HubSpot becomes essential, a two-way sync layer like Stacksync keeps both CRMs aligned instantly so changes appear in milliseconds instead of minutes. Hope this clears it up.
