I'm using a third-party integration for a web form and one of the questions on it is a number field. Users can select multiple numbers from the dropdown. This is then saved to a single-line text contact property in Hubspot. The problem I'm having is that the numbers are recognised individually in the third party but when they are saved to Hubspot, it adds them together.
Has anyone encountered this before and have any suggestions on how to get around this?
Hey @DJohnson4 this would really be down to your integration setup. Forms integrated with HubSpot simply send the data to the HubSpot form which in turn sends it to the HubSpot CRM. HubSpot form submissions don't calculate properties. so this calculation would be done by the formcrafts integration and sending this calculated information to the HubSpot form. I'd advise reaching out to form craft to outline this issue and see if they have a solution or if it's something they're aware of.
