Just started using the free version of Hubspot CRM and I am a little confused.
I just want a simple workflow that all my leads are taken through so I know what to do, when, and have reminders for it.
What is the difference between deals, workflows, and pipeline?
I created a deal sequence. Seems I have to create and name a deal for each person. Cant I just have a default flow for everyone?
And using Gmail it seems I cannot find my deal sequence there, only some built in pipeline sequence.
And lastly, how do tasks play a role in this. Can I sequence tasks, maybe?
The training videos are not clear on how to take a customer through a flow, especially using gmail. Great potential there :-)
