Hi @BiWiOh ,

 

Is this one of your contact record? Could you try the following troubleshooting steps?

  1. Clearing your browser cookie and cache
  2. Open the page with Chrome incognito mode
  3. Trying with other browser (Safari, Firefox)

After taking these steps, does the page load? If not, could you please take a screenshot of the page so that I can see the error message?
