Hello!
I'm in charge of our CS team and am trying to use Hubspot as much as we can, streamlined with the sales team. Our sales team uses the deal pipeline and has products set up. I can see the products on the deal record, but once the prospect converts to a customer, I want this information to show on the company record. Is this possible right now and if not how do other companies handle this (seeing product information/pricing at the company record level)? Thanks!

Hi @SZinken ,
Unfortunately not possible to see product details on company or contact recird. You can see them only on the deal record because a line item can only be associated with deals but not any other record. Check SS:

Thanks. I'm curious how other companies handle this in terms of tracking subscription values, products, etc at the company level once they become clients. Does anybody have experience with this?
