Shopify and Hubspot integration: abandoned cart email not available
We have added the shopify integration to our hubspot SANDBOX account and tested order, cart, contact and product sync successfully. When trying to test the abandoned cart (as described here https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/analyze-influenced-revenue-from-abandoned-cart-emails) , we noticed that the abandoned cart module is not available as opposed to what is stated in the article (and several other sources). Is this a sandbox limitation? Please advise how to proceed.

I checked for you and this is not due to the Sandbox account.
What is happening is that, on the older version of the Shopify integration, the Abandoned Cart Module is available.
However, with the new Shopify integration, the Abandoned Cart Module is not yet available. The team is working on this as we speak.
I don't have a precise timeline but this should be available soon.
I am not sure if you ever installed in the past the previous version of the Shopify integration? If you do, you would be able to use the old abandoned cart module in the meantime.
