Shared Calendar using single meeting Link

When we use the meeting URL

Can the meeting booked by the contact (via website or by direct link from email)

1. Can the booking be shared with our engineer user? So would book to both the REP + the engineer (user)

2. Can the event be secured to a shared google calendar between all reps (users) and the engineer?

Hi there!

You should be able to create a team meeting link (here's how: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/create-a-team-meetings-link) that allows you to have a single link connected to both users' calendars.

This will automatically put the booking on both calendars from the link, which you can definitely share via the website URL in an email.
