Share meeting notes automatically with team

SOLVE

Hello,

Our on the road sales team produce call reports/meeting notes for each of their sales visits.

They currently use MS Word and send to releavant team members.

I would like to use Hubspot in this process so that each of the meeting notes are recorded against the customer/company record on Hubspot.

I would like Hubspot to send these meeting notes to internal email addresses automatically when the meeting notes are created. How do I do this? I have tried via worklows but I cannot find a way?

Thank you

Hi @rfriend ,

When your sales reps are adding the meeting notes to HubSpot they can tag other HubSpot users using the @ symbol. They just need to type @ and then start typing the user name for each person you would like to tag (for example, @rfriend ). This way, HubSpot will notify each user tagged and link them directly to the note.

It's not fully automated because the rep adding the notes will have to tag users, but I hope this helps. If it did, please help the community by accepting this as a solution.
