Setting up multiple tiers of companies

SOLVE

Since Hubspot imposes a restriction of one level of assocation between a parent and child company, how do you deal with additional levels within the Company organization e.g. -

 

1) Parent Company

2) Division (Different Business Identity)

3) Local / Branch Office (Physical Location)

 

We need to track sales activities at all three levels.

Your best bet is probably to create custom properties to track that kind of information. 

 

Being free, I dont think HubSpot CRM can be expected to scale up to that kind of complexity any time soon.

Although the core CRM is free, we're paying a lot extra for a service desk and we need these tiers.
