Setting up Partners/Distributors with access to our HubSpot Sales Pro.?

SOLVE

Does anyone have experience setting up partners/distributors in  HubSpot -meaning the distributor would use our HubSpot and enter their data (customers, deals, etc.).  We have Sales Pro. 

 

What are the pros/cons of doing so? Were you able to set up "security" for distributor to only have access to their data?  Were you able to report on only their data? (Our distributors are based on Country territories).

 

Not even sure this is possible but looking for any guidance or suggestions.

Thank you @AnaWilliam!  I will review all you shared above and may come back with additional questions, as we determine if this is the best way to go.  Do you know of any examples of companies that have done this and perhaps I could contact them directly to see how it worked for them?  Most interested in how the multiple currencies work (we only use one currency today) and how the Deals worked, and if there is a roll up of all deals across all teams or would they be individual deal pipelines.
