Setting up HeyMarket correctly

Hello, I'm trying to setup HeyMarket app correctly on HubSpot and couldn't find information about the next situation, so I'm asking here to those who use the app.

Do I need to create subscribe/unsuscribe properties in HubSpot to manage the contacts that opt-in/out ? 
 
Also, how do manage the deletion of contacts? I have a workflow on HubSpot that deletes contacts that I mark as spam after 1 day, but since the deletion is not supported on the integration, if this contacts gets synched to HeyMarket I'm guessing it will sync back to HubSpot

I've done some research and couldn't find any indication that HubSpot has created this integration directly, so I assume you set it up through a third-party provider. If that's the case and you're using Heymarket, then they would be the point of contact to review the issue you're mentioning. Otherwise, I recommend contacting the provider of the integration you're using to get assistance. They can provide specific guidance on requirements and any necessary configurations. 

On the other hand, your question will remain live in the community in case any users who have used the integration want to share recommendations or advice to help with your question.
