Setting Required Fields Based on Lead Status ChangesSOLVE

We are using Lead status as a tool to track Contacts through the pre-sales and sales cycle, as most teams do. Right now within Lead Status, we have an "Unqualified at this time" option available. I'd like to potentially have it so if a salesperson manually changes the lead status to this option, they are required to also choose an "Unqualfied reason" field option from a pre-defined list. Is this possible?
Think along the same lines as if you are moving a deal from stage to stage, and you have certain required fields depending on what stage you're moving between.
