Set up Notification for ticket

SOLVE

I'm trying to set up a notification that reminds the ticket owner that the ticket has not left the first stage of "new ticket" in 2 days. How do i use the properties for the next stage, do i have to create a new one?

Set up Notification for ticket

SOLVE

Hi @EKelly4,

This is simpler than it looks.

  1. Enroll tickets when ticket status = new
  2. Add delay of 2 days
  3. Add internal email notification to ticket owner
  4. Click into the enrollment criteria again and in the left sidebar, under Unenrollment, specify ticket status = [all other stages than new]

This means that all tickets will enroll into this workflow – and unenroll once they leave the new status. Should they however still be there after 2 days, the notification would be sent.
