Set "Not opted" value for subscription with current value "Opt in" through workflow

I wish to be able (for very good reasons) to be able to move a subscriber from "Opt in" to "Not opted" using a workflow.

Is there a way of doing this?

I have found that customers tend to click everything rather than select the actual newsletter which suits their need. Then they unsubscribe everything when they get too much. (We can predict what they want better and reduce eventual unsubscribes).

As far as workarounds go, bulk updating the subscription status allows for setting the 'Not opted'.
