Does not look like anyone has provided a solution for this yet. How can a super admin set default lead columns in the sales workspace for each lead pipeline or team? I'm trying to get 25+ sales reps to update it themselves to 15 needed columns and it has been difficult to get them to do it even though they can't see what they need until they do 😑.

I would like to know how to do this as well. I want my Sales team to start using the Leads tab in the Sales workspace, but I need to set a Default View for the columns for the entire team, not just for my own view.
