The customer has had problems creating new contacts here before: Hubspot post, and now I see this notification. Is this related to the issue? Is there anything I need to do to fix it?

Hi @Osetskyi the notification is a good indication - it means HubSpot is aware there is an issue and they're working to get a resolution out.
I checked https://status.hubspot.com/ and it doesn't show any outages and I'm not seeing the notification in any of the accounts I have access to, so this most likely only impacts a small number of accounts.
