2) The issue is if email sent via info@domain.com so under the outlook the sent emails is reflecting, but if another user is sent emails via task option and selected the common email info@domain.com for sending emails, then sent mails are not reflecting under the outlook.

To make sure the user sales@domain.com can send emails from the address info@domain.com which will also appear in the Sent folder in Outlook, you would need to connect that email inbox with your HubSpot account for both users.
You can do this in 2 ways:
Connect the email info@domain.comas a team email with the tool Conversations, by following these instructions (IMAP emails). If you connect an inbox as a team email in HubSpot, all users in HubSpot will be able to use the email to send messages and you will see all incoming messages in the tool Conversations > Inbox. All sent emails will also be stored in your Outlook Sent folder. If you have already connected info@ as a personal email in Settings > General > Email, you would first need to remove the email there and then follow the instructions provided above. An email cannot be connected as a personal and a team email at the same time.
The user sales@domain.com can connect info@ as his personal email in his user settings: General > Email.
