When I press the schedule button, the time I selected changes. For example, if I schedule an email for Friday at 7:00 AM, it ends up being scheduled for Friday at 11:00 AM instead. It seems to schedule the email based on my current time rather than the time I originally set.
Perhaps this is related to your time zone settings.
When you use the “Send Later” feature in HubSpot, the time you select should follow the time zone set in your HubSpot user profile, not necessarily the local time on your device.
Here are a couple of things to check:
Go to Settings > General > Your Preferences > Language & Region
Confirm that your time zone is correctly set there
Try scheduling again and see if the selected time holds correctly after saving
If your time zone is already correct and you're still seeing a shift, it might be worth clearing your browser cache or testing in an incognito window just to rule out a local issue.
