Send an Email based on a property before specific date

Hi guys! I´m trying to create an automation that will send my contacts an email reminder about upcoming holidays we will have off.

I have a property for each holiday (labour day, Christmas, etc) thats either marked "working" or "holiday off" but I want the email to only be sent if that property is marked as  a "Holiday off" and have it sent 10 days before the holiday.

Is this posible?

Hi @XEscudero,

Sure, this can be done with a contact based workflow: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/create-workflows - one workflow per holiday.

You would click 'Set up triggers' > 'Based on a schedule', choose annual recurrence from the first dropdown, your date in the second dropdown and the number of days before that chosen date right below.

At the bottom of the enrolment setting you can further require your holiday property (working, holiday off).

After enrolment, add your automated email.
