I was wondering how can I get rid of:

Hello,  @HNunez

 

Thank you for sharing that you are receiving the following error "You have reached your second limit" error from your Zap.

HubSpot APIs are rate limited and SECONDLY limit errors are returned when call requests exceed the limit.

 

For professional/enterprise customers like yourself, the burst rate limit is 150 API calls every 10 seconds (or 15 calls per second).

 

The solution to this would be to make adjustments to the frequency with which you're sending requests to HubSpot using Zapier or your other integrations.

Hello! We're also seeing this issue more and more as we grow. How does one adjust "the frequency with which you're sending requests to HubSpot using Zapier or your other integrations"?

Hi @Micha321 hope you are doing well 🙂

 

Taking into consideration that The SECONDLY limit errors returned when calls exceed 10 per second. Therefore, you will need to throttle your calls to prevent going over that limit.

 

One suggestion from the dev team is to also add a filter between the first trigger and the first action, which can help to limit your calls.
