We uploaded our contacts from Outlook by exporting them to an excel document, so the categories and notes sections from Outlook were saved as simple text in the excel document. We then uploaded it into HubSpot as contact property values, so that we could still search for categories and items in the notes. We are working on updating the categories field (contact by contact 
) so that it is a drop down menu or a true/false field. But this searching problem is making us rethink things. The "landlord" and "landlords" discrepancy will be a problem when we need to search for content in our categories and notes fields.
