Hello Everyone:
How would I search my CRM by Industry?
For example, if I have a banker's contact information in my CRM, Hubspot automatically lists "Banking" as the Industry.
My question is, how do I search for only "Banking" information in my Hubspot CRM? Thanks.

Hi @scm22ri,
To filter your contacts by a specific industry, follow the steps below:
Under Menu > Contacts > Contacts, click All filters and search for 'industry'.
Then, select Industry and type in 'Banking'.
Once you hit 'Apply filter', the contact selection should automatically reflect only contacts with 'Banking'.
If you want to save this view, click here in the top right corner.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

If you need to view companies by industry on a regular basis I would suggest creating a saved view so you can quickly see the information, and / or create an Active list if you'd like to use the information for emails, workflows and reporting. If 'banking' is too broad an industry you could always create a 'sub-sector' property and add specfic values.
Both contacts and companies have 'Industries' so it might also be worth creating a workflow to copy an inustry to a contact to make sure they're consistent. I often see differences or gaps in data due to industry info 🙂

Hi,
In your contact view, click on "all filters" then search for industry and select your industry.
