I would like to be able to search the contact record activity timeline tabs (Activity, Notes, Emails, Calls, Tasks and Meetings).
For example, say I emailed a client and included the words "your coupon" but don't want to search through all my emails manually to try and find it. I would like a search field that would search and highlight all activities containing those words for the client. Could also be useful for companies and deals etc.
This would save a lot of time for service reps researching customer queries; for sales reps looking to find information from past discussions; for marketing to see how often specific phrases are mentioned etc.
Some tasks and notes are searchable in the global search bar to the right of the navigation bar. However, you are able to pull lists on all the items mentioned.
