Did you schedule a call with HubSpot or in the CRM? Any additional information you can provide would be great.
If you click on the 'help' button in the bottom right hand corner of your portal and see a 'contact support' button, this will indicate you have access to Support. If you only see the 'ask the community' option, this will indicate your portal does not have a subscription that includes HubSpot Support. For additional information on HubSpot Support, click here.
