Save View for Lead like any other object

SOLVE

Everything is in the title..

As a manager, I want an overview of all leads being worked by my team. By playing with filters I can do that, but I'd like to save a view of them like I do for contacts.. companies...

Hi @TSansico,

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that it's possible at the moment. I'd suggest that you upvote this post on the Ideas forum. This is where the HubSpot Product team go for feature/product update ideas so the more upvotes something has the better 🙂.

Thanks,

Save View for Lead like any other object

SOLVE

Hi @TSansico and everyone,

Good news, this is now possible 🙂

Leads Saved Views

  • Public Beta
  • Last updated: April 16, 2025

What is it?

Leads saved views let sales reps create and access customized filtered views of their leads.

Why does it matter?

Sales reps need to quickly access different segments of their leads based on specific criteria to prioritize their outreach effectively. With saved views, reps can:

  • Save time by avoiding repeated filter setup
  • Focus on the most relevant leads at any given moment
  • Create personalized workflows that match their selling process
  • Quickly switch between different lead segments based on their priorities

How does it work?

Navigate to Sales workspace > Prospecting > Leads and go to the Saved Views dropdown in the sidebar

karstenkoehler_1-1744863348982.png

Select an existing view or click Create view. To create a new view:

  • Set your desired filters (priority, status, industry, last contact date, etc.) and click Save view
  • Name your view (e.g., "Hot Leads", "Healthcare Prospects")

Your saved views will appear in the sidebar for quick access.

Who gets it?

Leads is available in the Sales workspace on Sales Hub Professional and Sales Hub Enterprise.

You can find this beta under Settings > Product updates > All.

Saved View Beta only allows you to apply filters to leads assigned to you, whereas it should enable you to save a view for all leads in the system.

Upvoting. I add some Custom Fields for better Lead Management, but I have to configure one by one each of my Sales view whereas having a "Standard View" could have save me quite a lot of time.
