In Salesforce, we have a custom field called "Main Vertical," which is defined as a picklist under Account object. In HubSpot, this field is set up as a dropdown list.
When syncing, some contacts have the "Main Vertical" field populated in Salesforce but appear blank in HubSpot. I haven’t been able to find any clues as to why this is happening since this happens.
