Salesforce contact sync to HubSpot

Hi Everyone,

 

I am syncing contacts from Salesforce to HubSpot.

In Salesforce, we have a custom field called "Main Vertical," which is defined as a picklist under Account object. In HubSpot, this field is set up as a dropdown list.

When syncing, some contacts have the "Main Vertical" field populated in Salesforce but appear blank in HubSpot. I haven’t been able to find any clues as to why this is happening since this happens.

 

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you very much!

Hi. I know where the issue comes. I am syncing these fields from Account, not from Contact. Thank you very much! @karstenkoehler

Thanks for answering my question. Please see below:

  • Are the contacts where this field is missing currently part of the sync and not accidentally outside of an inclusion list? => YES
  • Have you tried manually syncing the record? => YES
  • Have you checked for sync errors? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/salesforce/resolve-salesforce-integration-sync-errors (If the dropdown/picklist don't match exactly, for example, this could lead to the behavior you're experiencing.) => YES. The list matches :<
