Sales Gmail Extension -> Logging Emails for Workflow

Hi All,

 

I have set up a workflow that sets the Contact status of a Record to Approached when an Email is Sent/ Call is completed. However it seems as though after sending an Email through my Sales Extension in Gmail it did not trigger my workflow, does anyone know where I went wrong?

Hi @DCrinnion 

 

If I am not mistaken that trigger only covers marketing emails. You will have to select which email and in the dropdown it shows all marketing and NPS or customer survey emails.

Sales Gmail Extension -> Logging Emails for Workflow

Hey Frank, 

 

Not that I am aware of, when a set a trigger its just the trigger type when an event occurs, and I do have a SalesPro seat. Is this not possible then from a Sales standpoint that when an SDR sends out an email we can't change the Contact Status?
The only dropdown I get from Email Sent is Email Name.
