Sales Activites not being counted properly

Hello -

I am using a third party Whatsapp integration with Hubspot (Wazzup). The whatsapp messages I send to contacts do show under activities tab under the contacts. See the ''Wazzup'' activities in the attached screenshot.

However, when I filter for contacts attibutes like ''Last Contacted'' or ''Number of Sales Activities'', the system is only counting emails I send to these contacts and not the Whatsapp activities.

See how the contact's activity tab look like below and please help me understand why this problem is happening please. Maybe there is something I can activate....

Hi @AUlusan ,

The activities included in the Number of Sales Activities property is listed here. It's likely that Whazzup activities are simply not included in this calculation. Unfortunately, this is a default property which cannot be edited.

Out of curiosity, why didn't you choose the native What's App integraiton created by HubSpot?

The sales people of Hubspot never adequately answered my questions about the native whatsapp integration. I really wanted to switch and would switch even now indeed if someone was able to navigate my switch and answer my questions.. If you can help, please have someone sell Sales Pro to me 🙂
