Rollback service ticket names?

Hi all,

We recently tried using an integration available on the market place to give us better reporting on working hours response times to service tickets:  https://app.hubspot.com/ecosystem/7815191/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/integration-agen...

The instructions weren't particiularly clear and has overwritten the name of every service ticket in our service pipeline - it seems to have put the value of the working hours reponse time as the new name for the ticket so most tickets have "0" or "1" as their name. 

Is there a way to roll back all our ticket names to a previous state, eg. this morning, or will we have to manually change each one?

Hi @RSwitonski,

This can be done without having to edit each ticket, one by one. It's not the easiest process but @jleow did a great job of explaining it step by step here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Reverting-Bulk-Property-Changes-by-Impor...

In your case, you would do this for the ticket property Ticket name.
