Retrieving lost data

I lost all my contacts due to being inactive.

Is it possible to retrieve this data?

It is very important for me, I would like to buy a premium account and continue using HubSpot CRM.

 I would like to ask two questions :

1. For how many days you are inactive ?
2. And, which subscription you were on ?
