Retrieving All Picklist Property Options
There are times when you may want to export all property options for picklist-type properties such as checkboxes or dropdown menus. A common reason is to audit the options to remove duplicates or outdated values.
At the moment, it isn’t possible directly export the values to an excel sheet or similar. However, we can use the forms tool as an intermediary to display all property values. Then, we can copy and paste these values into an excel sheet.
In your HubSpot account, from the top menu, navigate to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.
In the top right, click Create form.
On the Choose your form type page, select the option for an Embedded form, then click Next.
On the Select a Template page, select the option for a Blank Template, then click Start.
In the left panel of the form editor, search for your [property name].
Click to drag and drop the property into the right panel of the form editor.
