Restricting users from re-opening closed opportunities

I want to restrict sales reps from re-opening closed lost opportunities.

Thank you for posting in the Community! 

If you have an Enterprise account, you can restrict edit access for properties. It isn't currently possible to prevent users from re-opening lost opportunities or from updating a property (like deal stage) to a specific value. A similar idea has been posted in the Ideas Forum. Other users have requested the ability to restrict moving deals between stages. I recommend upvoting and commenting on that post with your use case to request this functionality.
