We have a requirement of. blocking all changes in a deal when a deal is in deal stage lets say 'A'.

Is there any solution available for this?

Hi @VarunKB,

HubSpot does have settings for this, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-deals/set-up-and-customize-your-deal-pipelines-and-deal-stages#res...

This requires a Professional or Enterprise subscription.

Best regards!

Hi @VarunKB,

You would have to work with record ownership and ownership permissions to accomplish that - e.g. when a deal moves to a certain stage, use a workflow to change or remove the owner of all associated records. In most cases however I'd say that will do more harm than good, especially for reporting.

Hi @karstenkoehler

Thank you for your response. According to the article, updates are allowed on associated objects. Is there a way to prevent changes on associated objects or any potential workaround?
