Your account was deactivated on the 19 of December 2019 due to an extended period of inactivity. Due to the length of time the portal has been inactive, it has been removed from HubSpot's records and cannot be restored.

I'm afraid I can't get restored any of the information that was in your account. All the information is lost when the account is deactivated for longer than 120 days.
