I was not able to see the Account mentioned on this post deleted, the account still active in our end. Do you receive any errors when you try to login?

Unfortunately, I can't provide the HUB ID of the xbecause when I backtracked the HubSpot welcome journey email, there's no attached HUB ID in there, see: x
As for the HUB IDs I previously sent, yes those are active accounts that are set up in x. Here are some of the screenshots of those HUB IDs:

I that you can restore thex account: x using the HUB IDS of the multiple accounts set up in there, just like how you resolve Gelodi's problem: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Restore-Account-Accidental-Deletion-of-Account/m-p/400027

Hello @Azet, as mentioned previously we were unable to identify a removed account, are you referring to a specific user or an entire account deleted?

Looks like you are referring to a user, the accounts provided indeed do not have the user added. Currently, for security purposes only a superadmin can give another superadmin permission, we cannot give permissions in our end. We recommend to continue working via email with our team and request your current superadmin access back to the account.

Thank you for your response, yes Ms. Pam I'm referring to a whole user email. But seo@agentimage.com is the super admin of us that's why need to recover it because we can't log in to HubSpot and we really need to access the HubSpot because there are multiple accounts that are using this user email.

The situation is that, I was gonna delete a duplicate account of http://maryweichert.com/ but I did not know that I'm deleting the whole account/user wherein there are multiple accounts in there too. Now, one of the support told me to create another account on the same email. Then, I do not know now what to do. There are other accounts in their. Some of it are these:
