Reporting on Line Items

I want to send out a list to our installer to capture materials used on a job. This could be multiple line items per job. What's the best way to send this out?

To get you the best insight, I want to make sure I understand. You're looking to compile a list of line items of materials that you can export out of your HubSpot portal. Is that correct? If so, can you provide more context around what setup you may currently be using to achieve this (if any)? Specifically, I'm wondering if the goal here is to provide just the materials, or pricing, etc, as well.

We are a plumbing company so we want to calculate how many of a plumbing fitting we use. Ideally it wouldn't show prices to the installer but link back to line items we have input at office end to calculate the total cost of materials and how many used. Currently we use a non HS form for this which requires manual calculation.
