Reporting Year over Year Revenue with two dimensions

I am trying to build a report that shows closed revenue by year by company/manufacturer which is simple.  Its when I add another "dimension" that I can no longer compare which in my case is a custom field I have called PROPERTY.  Ideally I'd like to know how much each compnay spent this year over year on each of my media properties.
