I'm trying to generate a report showing the top Contact (i.e. highest HubSpot Score) per Company, e.g. so that I could run a sequence on them.
I've set up the scoring correctly, but I can't see how to generate a report that only shows the top 1 Contact per Company. Is this possible? I thought the "Limit" feature might work, but this applies a limit to the entire report, i.e. 1 record only, rather than one record per Company.
@jkhi you can create a report that sorts by score but there isn't any way I'm aware of to just show the top contact.
The easiest way to report on this would be by exporting the report that includes all contacts, then perform the actions in Excel to only show the top contact.

As far as I know, no, this is currently not possible, unfortunately. There aren't any report settings which would limit the number of associated records displayed.
Best regards!

OK thanks. This does seem like a normal thing to do - am I trying to do something in a roundabout way? Is there a "HubSpot" way of achieving what I'm trying to do (contact the best Contact at each Company)?
