Removing Deleted Email contacts from Sales Activity Report
I had an issue where my computer was infected by some malware and it sent out over 750 emails to one of my contact. I dealt wht the malware and removed the emails and contact from CRM. However, for some reason the activity number on my sales reports have not gone down. Does anyone have any ideas now I can rectify things so my reports are not showing the errant emails? Thanks!
I would think the report should update - I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share specific examples here.
