Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn’t currently offer a direct way to remove or disable language variations from the contact side like it does for pages or blogs. What you can do, though, is standardize the primary language property for contacts via a workflow or import process, for example, map all variations back to one default language like English and hide the field from view if it’s not needed. Not a perfect fix, but it helps cut the clutter.
