Remove call button from left contact sidebar?

Hello,

We've installed an app/extension to use for our outgoing calls. I was wondering therefore if it's possible to remove the circular Call icon/button at the top left of the Contact card so that our sales reps don't accidentally use that button instead of the extension? Thank you!

Unfortunately not, HubSpot doesn't support making this kind of changes to the user interface. You could suggest this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community, reviewed by the product team.
