Remodeling Companies! | Scheduling Integration for Sales Reps

Hi all,

We're looking for good scheduling software we can integrate with. We schedule estimates but don't assign them to the sales reps till the day before because we assign appointments based off of sales performace over the last two weeks and estimate location distances from each other. Whats the best scheduling software to intigrate with for this? Any pointers on achieving this would be great!

@jditmer0  Meeting tools have made a lot of updates recently tagging the PM here so she has the visibility of this. you might wanna try build a pilot with what is offered natively.

And if you do decide its actually not fitting your need, I have had a love-hate relationship with ChilliPiper.

Hi! You might try HubSpot Meetings or Calendly for Teams they integrate with your CRM and can help schedule appointments dynamically. Pairing them with a route optimization tool can make assigning sales reps based on performance and distance much easier.

@jditmer0 when you schedule software - do you mean meeting scheduling?

If Yes - HubSpot has built some routing/scheduling logic recently or you can try ChilliPiper

Yes for meetings, but we can't use hubspots built in meeting scheduler for two reasons:

1) Can't create round robin group calendar and have separate schedules for each sales rep

2) Admins can't cancell or reschedule appointments for our sales reps. The office has no control over the appoitnments, which means we would need to reach out to the sales reps to make changes to the appointments

We need to be able to see the availablility for all the reps on a single page for each day so we can assign the existing appointments to the reps the day before.
