Reminders for unanswered mail

I'd like to know how to set up reminders for unanswered mails. I used to have a reminder with my previous CRM.

Is that possible ?

Hi @karstenkoehler , this tasks works no matter if the contact answered or not the email... what I think @TMD25E means, and also me, is to have a button in Gmail so we can just activate it and receive X days later a reminder that that mail hasnt been answered.

Hi @TMD25E,

When you send an email from a contact record in HubSpot, next to the Send button, you can choose to create a task to follow-up:

HubSpot will then remind you about this task once it's due.
